Cold Plasma Therapy
Calm irritation. Restore balance. Strengthen your skin barrier.
Cold Ozone Plasma is our gentle, non invasive plasma therapy designed to calm irritation, reduce acne causing bacteria and restore barrier health. It delivers a controlled ozone based plasma field across the skin to support clearer, more resilient skin without downtime.
It is soothing, comfortable and safe for most skin types, especially sensitive, reactive or inflamed skin. Cold Ozone can also be used on the scalp and body to support microbial balance and irritation relief.
OZONE PLASMA FOR HEALING AND BALANCE
Cold Ozone Plasma works by emitting an ozone based plasma field that helps sterilise the skin, reduce inflammation and support healing. Unlike Hyper Plasma, it does not use argon, instead, it creates a gentle oxidative response that improves the skin’s natural defence system and calms irritation.
This makes it ideal for acne, compromised skin, chronic redness and conditions that struggle with active skincare.
Because it doesn’t heat or ablate the surface, it is safe for regular use and compatible with most skin programs.

COLD Plasma TREATMENT FAQs
Cold Ozone Plasma is a low-energy plasma treatment that generates an ozone-rich environment across the surface of the skin. This helps rebalance the microbiome, reduce acne-causing bacteria, settle irritation and strengthen the skin barrier. It is designed for anyone who needs calming, clearing or soothing without heat, pain or downtime.
You will feel a cool or neutral sensation as the plasma moves over the skin, with light tingling in areas of active inflammation. It does not feel hot and does not create any surface trauma. Most clients describe it as relaxing and noticeably soothing, especially during flare ups.
No. There is no peeling, marking or visible disruption. You may experience
• light tightness
• mild dryness
• a cool, freshly treated sensation
for a few hours. These effects usually settle by the end of the day. Makeup can be worn once the skin feels calm.
It is ideal for anyone experiencing:
• active acne, breakouts or congestion
• redness, flushing or hypersensitivity
• eczema or dermatitis flare ups
• rosacea
• impaired barrier or ongoing irritation
• post-treatment inflammation
• scalp irritation, itchiness or folliculitis
It is safe for compromised skin that cannot tolerate strong actives or heat-based treatments.
Cold Plasma = calming, antibacterial, barrier support, no downtime.
Warm Plasma = rejuvenation, collagen stimulation, pigmentation and texture, with mild downtime.
Yes. Cold Ozone Plasma is one of the gentlest treatments available. It supports barrier repair rather than stressing the skin. Clients with chronic sensitivity, post-inflammatory issues or overuse of active skincare often see rapid improvements in comfort and calmness.
It depends on your concern:
Acne or congestion: Weekly for four to six sessions, then monthly.
Redness, rosacea or dermatitis: Weekly or fortnightly until stable.
Chronic sensitivity: A short course of weekly sessions, followed by maintenance.
Scalp conditions: Weekly for four to eight sessions depending on severity.
Your practitioner will tailor the frequency based on how your skin responds.
Yes. Cold Ozone Plasma is very effective for:
• flaking
• itchiness
• folliculitis
• product buildup
• irritated or inflamed scalp conditions
The ozone field helps rebalance microbes, calm discomfort and support healthier skin around the follicle.
Yes. Cold Ozone Plasma can support fungal-related concerns because the ozone-based plasma field helps reduce microbial overgrowth on the surface of the skin and nails. While it is not a standalone cure, it can be a helpful part of a broader treatment plan to manage:
• tinea on the feet or body
• mild fungal nail issues
• itchy, irritated or flaky skin caused by fungal imbalance
• recurrent areas of microbial buildup
It works by creating a controlled oxidative environment that disrupts fungus at the surface, reduces irritation and supports healthier skin recovery.
Your practitioner will assess the area during your appointment and advise whether Cold Ozone Plasma is suitable or if medical treatment is needed alongside it.
Yes. Cold Ozone Plasma is often recommended for sensitive or reactive skin types, including those prone to redness, rosacea or breakouts. Your suitability will always be assessed during consultation.
Absolutely. Cold Plasma can support healing after more intensive treatments such as Hyper Plasma , and is often scheduled between sessions to calm inflammation and enhance outcomes.
Cold Ozone Plasma is gentle and suitable for most skin types, however treatment should be avoided or delayed if you have:
• open wounds, cracked skin or active infections
• active cold sores or viral lesions
• severe sunburn
• suspicious or undiagnosed skin lesions
• active dermatological infections that require medical care
• uncontrolled medical conditions that impair healing
• recent facial surgery that has not been cleared by your practitioner
Pregnant and breastfeeding clients may still be suitable, but treatment is decided case by case, and should be approved by your doctor or physician.
Clients on Roaccutane, those with pacemakers, cochlear implants or a history of keloid scarring are safe, but treatment will be adapted or assessed individually if the area is unstable or inflamed.
