Eczema, Dermatitis and Psoriasis

Calm inflammation. Strengthen the barrier. Restore comfort.

Inflammatory skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis affect much more than the surface. They are driven by an overactive immune response, a compromised barrier and chronic inflammation that makes the skin reactive, itchy and sensitive.

At North Skin, we use plasma technology to reduce inflammation, support healing and stabilise the skin without harsh topicals. Cold Plasma and Hyper Plasma improve oxygenation, calm irritation and help strengthen the barrier over time.

Why these conditions flare

Eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis can be triggered by stress, temperature changes, allergens, microbiome imbalance and chronic inflammation within the skin. When the barrier is impaired, the skin loses hydration and becomes more vulnerable to irritation and flare ups.

Plasma works by reducing microbial load, oxygenating the skin and calming the inflammatory cycle, which allows the barrier to repair.

Our most effective treatments for eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis

Cold Ozone Plasma (CoolJet)
Cold Plasma delivers antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects while remaining gentle on compromised skin. It helps reduce redness, soothe flare-ups and support healthier barrier function. Suitable for eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and inflamed or reactive skin.

Hyper Plasma Regenerative Treatment
Hyper Plasma increases oxygenation and hydration within the skin which helps reduce itching, dryness and irritation. It also improves circulation and supports healthier cell turnover without heat or discomfort. Together, these modalities help stabilise the skin during a flare and improve long term resilience.

Recommended Treatment Plan

  • Active flare
Cold Plasma weekly until the inflammation settles
Introduce Hyper Plasma once the skin is calm enough for additional support
  • Chronic or recurrent symptoms
Alternate Cold Plasma and Hyper Plasma every one to two weeks to maintain stability and barrier strength
  • Sensitive or easily triggered skin (no flare)
Begin with Hyper Plasma only to support hydration and barrier strength.
Progress to Cold Plasma as the barrier strengthens
  • Maintenance
Monthly sessions to help prevent seasonal or stress related flare ups

Results are gradual but consistent. Most clients feel a reduction in itchiness and irritation within the first few sessions. Texture and redness continue to improve as the skin becomes stronger.

Results & Recovery

Cold Plasma and Hyper Plasma involve no downtime and are well tolerated by sensitive skin. You may experience light warmth or pinkness for a short period. The skin often feels calmer immediately after treatment and continues to settle over the following days.

With regular care and a gentle home routine, flare ups become less frequent and the skin stays more stable and comfortable.
